  1. I created a new Layer in the Movie Clip that I named ΓÇÿactionsΓÇÖ. The simplest way to stop and start the flashlight-effect was to use the Visibility Property. This Property is set by a Boolean value, the Movie Clip is visible with ΓÇÿ1ΓÇÖ and invisible with ΓÇÿ0ΓÇÖ.  In the first Keyframe I set all Movie Clips to the Property Visibility=1.

  3. I also moved the Start Drag Action to this Keyframe, this was originally placed in the first Keyframe of the Flash file.

  5. The Start Drag Action can be removed from the First Keyframe.
